Refund Policy

Effective March 1, 2026

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your Grofly subscription at any time from your dashboard settings or through the Stripe billing portal. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that, no further charges.

7-day full refund

If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and haven't published any posts through Grofly, you're eligible for a full refund. Contact support@grofly.ai with your account email and we'll process the refund within 5 business days.

No partial-month refunds

We don't offer refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access for the rest of that billing period but won't be charged again.

Requesting a refund

Email support@grofly.ai with your account email and the reason for the refund. We review each request individually and aim to respond within 2 business days.
