Terms of Service

Grofly is an AI-powered social media management service. We scan your online presence, build a brand voice profile, score and enhance your photos, write platform-native captions, and publish posts to your connected social media accounts on an automated schedule.

Grofly offers two paid plans, billed monthly through Stripe:

• Starter — $199/month. 5x/week posting across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Google Business.
• Pro — $299/month. Daily posting across all platforms plus advanced video processing, competitor monitoring, and analytics.

A free preview is available during onboarding. You can scan your business, see your brand profile, upload up to 3 photos, and view AI-generated scores and captions. Publishing requires a paid subscription.

Cancel anytime from your dashboard settings or through the Stripe billing portal. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time (see our refund policy for exceptions).

You own everything you upload. By uploading photos, videos, or other content, you confirm you have the right to use it. You grant Grofly a limited license to store, process, enhance, and publish your content on your behalf through your connected social media accounts.

We do not claim ownership of your content. When you cancel, your content library remains downloadable for 30 days.

Uploaded content is stored in Supabase (cloud database and storage). AI processing uses Anthropic Claude for scoring and caption generation, and fal.ai for image enhancement. Social media publishing uses the Zernio API. Your content is not shared with third parties beyond these service providers, and only for the purpose of delivering the service.

Don't upload content you don't have rights to. Don't use Grofly to post spam, illegal content, or content that violates the terms of the social media platforms you're connected to. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Grofly is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service or specific engagement results. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) that may affect your posts or accounts. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 3 months.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
