If a photo or video on a Grofly page shows you, or someone you are responsible for, and it should not be there, tell us and we will look at it. That includes an intimate image shared without consent.

How to ask

Email support@grofly.io with the address of the page (it starts grofly.io/c/), which picture or video you mean, and a way to reach you. If it is an intimate image of you, say so and say that it was shared without your consent; you do not have to send the image itself.

What happens next

We take the picture or video down within 48 hours of your request arriving, along with any copies of it we hold, and we write back to tell you it is done. Material that the law requires us to keep is set aside where no one can see it, rather than deleted.

Anything involving a child

If you believe a picture shows a child being abused, report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678, and tell us too.
